Epoxy Flooring in Naples & Bonita Springs, FL
We coat garage floors, indoor spaces, and commercial warehouses in Naples and Bonita Springs, and every job starts with a moisture test and diamond grinding. Florida's high water table pushes moisture up through slabs, and a coating over an untested slab is the most common reason these floors fail early.

What floors do we coat with epoxy?
Garages, indoor spaces, and commercial warehouses, as long as the slab is sound. Solid-color epoxy is the straightforward option, and chip or flake systems add texture that hides minor imperfections and future wear.
It's not for a slab with active moisture intrusion that testing can't resolve, or significant cracking from foundation settling. Those need to be fixed structurally first, and a coating over them fails no matter how good the prep is.
How do we coat a concrete floor?
- STEP 01
Moisture testing
Every slab gets a moisture test before we quote a timeline. If moisture is moving up through the concrete, it needs a vapor-mitigating primer before the topcoat.
Tested before we quote
- STEP 02
Coating system
Epoxy or polyaspartic, in solid color or chip and flake. Polyaspartic cures faster and resists UV yellowing better, which matters if a garage door stays open to the sun.

- STEP 03
Grinding and application
Mechanical diamond grinding, not acid etching, so the coating has a consistent profile to bond to across the whole slab. Then the coating goes down on the ground, cleaned concrete.

Cure time
Most systems allow light vehicle traffic within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the system. Full chemical cure takes longer.

Daily cleanup with no debris left overnight, and a final walkthrough with you before the floor goes back into use.
